Akfeek (pictured left) led home a 1-2-3- for Schumer purchases in the Saudi Broadcasting Authorities Cup at Riyadh on Saturday. The Macho Uno colt, who won by almost 8 lengths, was a $200,000 OBS April 2yo purchase. In second was Alwazir(American Pharoah), bought for $20,000 as a yearling with Majed al Abdulkarim, and in third was My Code (Honor Code), bought for $65,000 as an OBS April 2yo.
It was also good to see Schumer stallion purchases Worldly and E.H. Indy on the mark; Worldly supplied Badr Alaelya’a, winner of The Final Championship of the Racecourses while E. .H Indy was sire of Sanah, winner of the Final Championship of the Racecourses [Fillies].
