Friday’s action at Ta’If in Saudi Arabia continued a fruitful period in Saudi Arabia for Schumer Bloodstock purchases.
Two-year-old Aldaflah, a daughter of stallion purchase E. H. Indy, got the ball rolling by winning her debut, a 6f fillies maiden, before Yazdad Heybah, by our old friend Worldly, closed the card with a wide-margin win in the JCSA Award. Yazdad Heybah races for Alshareef Hazaa Shaker H. Alabdalee Sons.
Their wins followed hot on the heels of that of the filly Haiah, who defeated colts to win on her debut on Thursday. Owned by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Sons, the daughter of Liam’s Map is out of Smart ‘N Special, purchased for $20,000 by Chad Schumer while carrying the filly in 2020.
